Employee scoured the back room to find 2 missing pieces to my daughter's Diagon Alley set...found them and gave them to her for free...love them!
If you're a builder, then the varied selection of the bulk LEGO bins will keep you coming back for more. Flat-rate for a fill but you get a discount if you bring your tumbler back in for a refill.
The Pick-a-Brick Wall is great if you are working on a special creation and need more pieces in quantity!
