I love tonkotsu broth and the Black Tora ramen with the addition of black garlic was fantastic. I also enjoyed geso kara (deep-fried octopus ) and a sakura sour.
Red Dragon/Phoenix super-spicy level is actually really spicy .
For lack of better words, this place is less “refined” than Hakata Gensuke but the ramen is very delicious in a simple no-nonsense kind of way
The tonkutsu broth has lots of depth
