There are tower with 1,3,5,7,10 meters and 3x3m boards and 4x1m boards. Open to public, but check before training times of sport clubs . It might be reserved for them

Best pool in Munich for serious lap swimming . Lanes can be crowded during peak hours (early morning & after work hours) best time to go is mid day or late evenings.

The cobbled entrance makes it one common openspace with the entire pool zone. In the late autumn/winter it makes it feel somewhat cold with virtually no barriers anywhere. The pool is roughly 27C.

Here M.Spitz broke the record for most gold medals won in a single Olympics with 7 gold medals. This record was not surpassed until fellow swimmer M.Phelps won 8 gold medals at the 2008 Olympics

immer viel Los, trotzdem kann man hier besser schwimmen als wo anders, weil die Leute die Regeln kennen. Viele gute Kurse im Angebot, muss Mann sich aber rechtzeitig anmelden.

Super toll für groß und klein. Papa schwimmt 10 Bahnen wie Mark Spitz und die Kids haben ihren spass bei den Sprungbrettern bis 10 Metern !!

高温Sauna 3つ: 80℃、90℃、100℃程度。低温Sauna: 1つ、とsteam saunaが有る。水風呂 は室内、屋外に2つありどちらも15-6℃程度(11月上旬)。あと-8℃のsnow room (Penguin room)有り。Aufguss は1時間に1回。外気浴もあり。Munichの市民pool系Saunaではここが1択の良さ !!

Aufguss は1時間に1回同じ人だけどやってくる。おそらくオリンピックプール の職員だろう。日本見たいにAufguss 後は休ませるという概念はないらしい。水掛3回、それ毎に1人毎に熱波を送ってくれるが熱波師もなかなかレベルが高かった。

Wenn nicht gerade x Vereine/Schulen aktiv sind, gibt es hier reichlich Platz für jeden Besucher. Unbedingt nen €uro für den Spind mitnehmen.

Schönstes Bad zum Bahnen ziehen. Münzen für das Schließfach nicht vergessen.
