Don’t get the Chirashi , it’s all chopped up fish , like leftover sashimi ends. Instead, opt for the Toro-don, small, but at least it’s sashimi sized slices of fairly high quality toro .
Nice food, and cozy restaurant , but have to improve the service :)
Excellent presentations. But not that many choices when it come to warm shōchū

Funny that the $880 Kaiseki course dishes content are 80% identical with the $450 set dinner . It is just that the presentation is different, way more elegant for the Kaiseki ryori
