Dis place used to b 1 of da best in town .. now filled with Chinese families n kids runnin ard..hotel guest wth no priority seats..soup is cold..asked me for coffee while I'm still having my pasta..SMH

Everyone says that Grand Hyatt has the No.1 buffet in Gz, so I hold high expectations when I went to dine & it's not cheap , about 600rmb per person. Not what I expected, disappointed service

The waffles and breakfast buffet !!

Buffet was supposed to end at 9.30pm but the kitchen team started clearing out the buffet at 9pm. By 9.20pm most of the buffet were empty. N lights were turned off at 9.30pm sharp. Really disappointin

I was asked for drinks order but was not given the drinks menu, had to ask for it. Had to compliment on the presentation of the buffet , very good but taste was just so so.

This waitress asked me to sign my rm no ytd just to verified that I ate but turns out they tried to chrg 1 person extra...At least tell me you are tryin to bill me so I can explain! #poormanagement

Birchers muesli with grains to lower cholesterol for breakfast . Very healthy

Food quality gone down, service gone down, food is cold, kids runnin around, waiting @ the table for them to tidy up only thing that gone up is the price.
