2012/12/31KBS京都「山本麗子の幸福なキッチンSP魅せられて台湾美食の旅」山本麗子訪問。海鮮 と野菜 料理の店。お薦めは一品佛跳牆（ぶっとびスープ ）。良い香りに修行僧が垣根を飛び越えてきてしまったという逸話が由来。壺ごと5時間蒸し上げた鶏 ガラベースのスープ 。冬虫夏草も入っている。
One of the best Taiwanese cuisine in town. Authentic yet neat. Must order 清燉牛腩湯、蒜酥土雞、九香瓜子、紅燒筍殼魚。ask for 生辣椒醬油。gonna try佛條牆next time.
