The view is beautiful and the service is impeccable! If you want to see Mt Fuji , go into the meeting room around the corner. It’s like a hidden gem .
I disagree, the service is great if you just talk to them and ask! They even open up a hidden room when it's crowded and sometimes you can see Mt Fuji !
