Staff seems new, maybe under new ownership or management? I haven't had any problems lately. Quick and efficient for the Saturday morning rush. Still have to see if Saturday afternoons have improved.

This is the second time in as many days that drive thru messed up my order. This time, all I ordered was iced coffee . DD locations in New England are run SO much better than in this area.

Come to window pleeeease??? Don't be too detailed. It goes right over their heads.

Everytime I order an iced MOCHA Latte , I get caramel ......four times in the past month!!!!

The drinks here taste much different than elsewhere such as Taneytown , further down Rt 140, or Hampstead. Maybe bad filters, horrid city water, bad plumbing, something nefarious is causing this.

Whoever works in the drive thru , really slow and can't comprehend a simple order and always screw it up even when I go there everyday and get the same thing. Not that difficult.

Drive thru screwed up my order six ways from Sunday, even after the guy repeated it back to me correctly. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant , it came on a plain bagel , and forgot my iced coffee

Sunday after 6pm, there is NO selection of donuts except for regular and chocolate cake .. ugh

When you're going through the drive thru say "I love you???" just you'll see.

The guy taking the order doesn't understand what's going on, he is rude and I will not be coming back to this one. Ill pay the extra money and go get service that I know is good at Starbucks!

Early morning selection is the only way to go here.

Worst Dunkins in the history of Donuts . But the only one in Westminster. Thus the masses keep coming. I guess even if you get the wrong order it's better then nothing ?

If you want anything at 6 at night don't go here that's when they clean machines. Who the hell cleans a machine at 6 pm

Don't go here after noon on a Saturday. The selection sucks and it seems like they don't put new ones out, not for a while anyway. I've also had issues with them getting my order correct.

Go to the Taneytown one instead. Bunch of idiots working here and they ALWAYS screw up my order.
