One of the best soba noodle restaurant in town . Confirmed by many long-stay Japanese. Plain, simple dip soba is my favorite. If you didn't ask so-ba-yu after done the meal, don't say you know soba .
Good place for soba noodles . Side dishes are good. Fried tofu is tasty. Takes reservations . Can get very busy at meal times. Vegetarian friendly .
Salad is worth tasting !
Tempura soba is the way to go.
Very pedestrian soba .

Pretty good soba noodles but not worth the wait
[心得]：要說店家蕎麥麵的特色在哪，我想那就是可以吃到豐富的蕎麥纖維。至於麵的彈牙和香氣就沒有吃到了。店家附上的茶中有加入幾顆蕎麥，不妨吃吃看，一入口除了蕎麥的香氣外，還可以吃到非常豐富的蕎麥纖維。但令我感到不解的是：麵體有這麼多的蕎麥纖維應該是加入很多蕎麥，但為何卻吃不出蕎麥的香氣呢？
[秘訣]：店家會於餐末時送上煮麵時的湯汁，用來加入沾麵的醬汁變成湯。加湯汁的時候建議一次加一點就喝一下試濃淡。不要一開始就把湯汁全部倒下去，要不然很容易淡而無味。
[秘訣]：沾麵會附上芝麻，用來加入沾醬裡，增加其香味，但也會略為破壞口感，不建議加太多。
蕎麥麵條沒有比超市買回家自己煮的優。香氣口感都普普。
炸物、生魚好吃，麵還好。
推薦天婦羅！朋友喜愛他的單點配菜勝於麵！
份量很多，食量小可以考慮減麵，少十元。
