My favorite french bakery franchise, it remembers my honeymoon. The sweets are awesome. And the poppy seed roll is a must.

My favorite place for quiche . The ham and cheese is the best. The macaroons are great and they gave tons of breads and sweets. Cute atmosphere. Love it for breakfast .

Sandwiches , tarts , coffee ,soup ,,service excellent

Nincia was excellent very attentive and helpful...service at this Paul's is much much better than the one at Sawgrass mall

Yummy French pastries ; a little pricey . Napoleon was good. No wait or line on a Saturday night

Coffee / capuccino here is really good, way better than starbucks. Always order your coffee in a mug or ceramic cup.

Coffee and pastries generally good, albeit a bit cold. The service is gruff and tinged with annoyance, as if one was bothering them.

Food sucked

There’rsome pastries that are excellent but the service is terrible! They totally ignore you even though they e seen you are there to order and they are not doing anything but chat w other coworkers

Service suks ....... VERY VERY SLOW

Some of the people that serve the customers should get fired.

Service and food were horrible. No refills on iced tea . Were out of half the things we tried to order. Tables were dirty . Could not finish my sandwich it was so bad. Never again.

Very disappointing, nothing to do with the European version. Pastries and old and just don’t taste good.

Bad service...attitude....they refuse to serve breakfast sandwiches after 11am...self service cold coffee ...better to go to Paul's at Lincoln Rd in Miami beach ..
