Tasty claypot rice and the best part is they have various type if soup as well , recommend to try the old cucumber soup . Service was super fast about 5 minutes I think, maybe because I came at 6.40 pm

Yes lady boss is grumpy but love her for that! If u r nice to her, she is nice to u. Just don't remind her. Oh, becos some ppl are nice, she serve them first. Or come at 9 when there's no more ppl.

A satisfying claypot of chicken rice - tender pieces of chicken , fragrantly charred rice , balanced sauce. And the soups nicely compliment the overall meal.

Charcoal claypot chicken rice with sausages & egg made a satisfying dinner . Plate of oyster sauce kailan was also refreshingly good.

It's always crowded .. ALWAYS... Been eating this claypot chicken rice since I was young.. BEST claypot ! Awesome food! Just need to be really patience.. 

Although I'm quite like the clay pot chicken rice here, but now ordered a clay pot chicken rice single portion, with eggs n lap cheung, cost me rm12......quite unreasonable increment....

Nice claypot chicken rice . But you need to wait around half an hour when peak hour. And order at the counter.

Nice place to dine. To avoid busy crowd, do come early around 5-5.30pm if you're intend to have dinner . So that you don't have to wait long. But lotus n peppercorn soup were bit salty that day.

Always come early for clay pot chicken rice , add everything into the pot, complements your meal.

Sitting at a long table wh a kampung mari selfish aunty and her family, took d "sharing" tisu box, soy sauce & cili padi 2 herself. Just don't bother abt others conveniences. Kiasu d max.

Frens comment to me that the boss not friendly , I told her that she must has spoken to the lady boss and during their peak hour la.. Haha.

Add on egg , chicken and salted fish but still seemed like normal portions. Not sure what the fuss is about, tastes like normal Claypot Chicken Rice to me.

Recommend to come latest by 8.30pm. Sold out these few days by the time I arrive around 9pm.

Famous for the claypot chicken rice but whats even more famous is the lady boss attitude. Long wait for just an average meal. There are better claypot chicken rice elsewhere. Best to come by 6pm.

Please read menu before order. Don't ask the boss what they have. She'll point the menu to u.. 😝

Avoid peak hour. The waiting is at least 45mins, they accept phone order for take away . Eat in, find a seat and 'order directly' with lady boss at counter, don't wait to place order. Cash on delivery .

Come at the right time, then dont need to wait so long... :P come around 2pm ^.~

Price of everything goes up drinks at 0.50 max per cup. Claypot also up. A few bucks.

Basically, it's rice with soy sauce . Don't understand why is there such a crowd. Its NOT worth the time to wait for tasteless food and salty soup . You can get way much better food elsewhere but here

Food is good. Really, really recommend it. But the problem is the queue and poor service.

Claypot Chicken rice is quite nice but the lady boss is rude. Bad service. If you ask me, I will not re-visit as I can find other shops that serve similar food but with better service.

Rice not to my liking. Though rice is fragrant-it's too soft, almost mushy! Prefer Busy Corner at the other side of Damansara Jaya. However, soups at Kampar Claypot fare better, good stuff.

Food is ok. I wouldn't say it's as nice as the real kampar one. Somehow the one here lacks of some "wok hei". No doubt the food is still good. The lady boss's temper is terrible though.

Overrated! This claypot chicken rice definitely not the best in PJ! Surprisingly I don't have to wait very long like the comments above. We wait about 2 mins!

Nice claypot chicken rice , add some salted fish will be even better~ nice old cucumber soup too.

If you're in the area don't forget to check this place out. Close on Wednesday.

Price increase RM0.50 to RM1.00 and the taste of thier soup has dropped tremendously
