Incredibly helpful staff and excellent selection. Have many products that other pet stores don't offer.

This place has great selection. Prices are reasonable (except for some of their items). They are one of the few places that carry my dog's food brand.

Amazing variety, not a chain so carry everything from raw diet to grain free...staff is helpful and your pet is welcome to shop with you

They have brands that other stores don't usually carry such as Wellness and Royal Canin. Aisles are clearly labeled but sometimes items are not where they should be, so you may need to ask for help.

Canidae, Orjen, Taste of the Wild, Evo...they have it all! Wellness is cheaper than Petco here!

Prices & selections are so much better than Petco or Pet Smart!

Always ask for samples before changing cat food and treats too

No returns only exchanges. A couple people there are very helpful. A few of them are a bit cocky and you may need to pay extra to get them to smile.
