After my second time around I can only say that this place is up for a Michelin star . The food is sublime: great taste & structure combinations. Service is kind and thoughtful. Reservation required.

Lunch option was 3, 4, or 5 courses. We chose the 4 course which consisted of two vegetarian dishes , one fish dish , and a dessert . It was perfect and delicious.

interesting, farm-to-table flavors if a bit fussy. great wines , dessert too sweet for us. chef sent coffee & (amazing) biscuits to our table when he heard. they care about quality.

Awesome place, nice interior, great food (portions could be smaller!). Staff had fun cleaning up the kitchen on saturday night, playing 80s hits. Make an early advance reservation if you want to go!

Among the top of contemporary restaurants in Amsterdam. The second course is always a treat, as is the cheese dessert . Very nice selection of organic wines too.

This is a slow food place - do not rush. Amazing food - go for the chef’s surprise menu . They do amazing things with vegetables

9.5 rating?! Let me guess, Dutch customers? The service was bad, messy and for what you pay for ... The food was pretensions, had no character and had an odd taste, resulting in a massive diarrhea.
