Bifteck a L’Hambourgeoise A burger of two beef patties , a buttermilk bun , Swiss Gruyère , carrot & grain mustard wombok slaw , finished with a side of cornichons & tomato chutney . - yessir!

Amazing atmosphere, great staff , and cozy setting. Unfortunately i don't like absinthé, so as cool as the place is, there isn't much for me to drink.
