The Bayleaf Bagnet is good. Of course, eat this while savoring the view . Best to dine here in the evening. Also, make reservations early. The place can fill up quickly.
Upside:Awesome place to dine.Spectacular view of Manila.Excellent food&live band.Downside: not the best place to catchup with pals as the music 's too loud you would need to shout to be heard.
A very nice place to visit for sunset views after 17:30. Moderately priced for a hotel restaurant , it has a nice view of Intramuros and the coast.
