Ekstrom Library is a college library University Louisville located in United States.
2301 S Third St (University of Louisville) Louisville , KY 40208 United States
Libraries are for studying . Please keep conversations in the cafe . There is a 24 hour area in the half without books , it gets crowded though. Get here early.
If you're in the study area , make sure the door closes behind you because one door always sticks to the carpet.
If you're in study areas where people are studying , please be respectful to others, and take your conversations down to one of the lower levels. It's distracting!
Bring your own coffee . The Tulip Tree on first just can't/won't brew a cup worth paying for ;-(
The 4th floor is probably the best place to study quietly , especially in the back. Don't poke anyone taking a nap back there...
Check out the award winning McConnell/Chao archives...Tell Deborah that Aaron sent you. Also, look for the baseball bat display.
You don't have to be a student to use the library ! You can get a community card if you're a Louisville resident.
check out the multimedia center on the first floor with a green screen available to students
Circulation hours are not what's posted on website or what's on their answering machine, so come WAY before close or they won't let you check out your books .
3rd floor back by the grad offices is the best place to nap.
2nd fl great over look by window & peaceful study place
In the basement is a great photo archives, and also a kindof hidden art room display
Second floor east side is open 24hours but crazy packed
It is always freezing. Bring a jacket !
Ojan best was here!!!
Go try out a nap in a corner on the 3rd floor :D
First floor is so noisy ! Upper floors are uncomfortably warm.
Check out movies and shows on dvd at the Media Desk. Fuh-ree!
you can shoot hoops on the 5th floor
Yay books !
Closed Sunday.
3rd floor is only place that doesn't smell bad right now
