Don't be afraid of the drive thru by the other tips or the line of cars. It moves super fast. Have timed going in vs drive thru and its always quicker in the d/t.

Must try Venti Cool Lime Refresher with a scoop of Matcha ! Can also sub green tea or lemonade instead of water!

When super busy with a line out the door on a Saturday AM, I have seen them give priority to clearing the line before making the drive thru orders. So park the car and go in if you're in a hurry.

Busiest Starbucks in Illinois . Great drive through processing speed unless caught behind the HUGE order.

This is absolutely bar none the SLOWEST SBux in Illinois , The USA, North America, Planet Earth, or even the fricking galaxy. You have been warned.

Definitely don't go through the drive through unless you have a half hour to kill before work or school!

Give yourself lots of extra time if you're coming here and avoid the drive thru in the morning. Staff is nice but it's very slow.

In the drive through make friends with Scott . He's cool & will throw ya a freebee if you'be waited a while. Also remembers you. I hate going to other s.buck drive throughs...they suck.

had a strw ban smoothie . . with the powder it tasted like the diet shakes and gritty. even had them remake it without the powder and it was the worst smoothie ever. GO TO CARIBOU COFFEE for sure!

Stopped on my way to class tonight and had awesome service.

I dont know but whoever made the drive thru and the parking sucked. There are always two cars about to collide whenever one leaves the drive thru

I asked for my drink extra hot. Barista had no idea what I was talking about. ONLY starbucks that doesn't know how to make a drink extra hot.
