The totally remodeled this place. They now have cross fit area
Lunch bunch is Wednesday and Friday through the summer! Drop the kids off from 11:30-2:30 and take a break! $10 for first and $5 for each additional child.
Play basketball . Some good games on weekends, slow during the week though.
Leave your towel at home as they provide them but bring your iPod as its a must!
Try the dry sauna . It's sooo relaxing!
Jennifer's yoga classes are fantastic plus she usually sings and/or plays guitar for savasana!
Take tbc Tuesday morning at 5:30 am and Thursday night at 5:30 pm !
