Don't know what it is, but there's this ear-piercing high-pitched noise that's being emitted right near the entrance - no one can explain it but it's very uncomfortable
I've had good luck at the mail center in kroger. They have always been very nice to me! Everyone has a bad day once in awhile. sheesh!
