Ramen Yamadaya

Premium shoyu is delicious, especially if you like a broth that is packed with flavor but still light in body. Reminds me a little of Afuri - squeeze a dash of lemon to lift it up even more.

The fresh garlic that comes complementary with the ramen is a must. The basic ramen is wanting so get some additional toppings.

Great food but my Misophonia kicked in (look it up) and I felt like screaming, punching and running away from the nails-on-chalkboard slurp-fest, doomed to eat solo for the rest of my life.

This place's tonkotsu shoyu ramen and garlic is definitely a creamy and tasty broth. Nice broth when I want something stronger than the Shinsengumi ramen broth.

Very good Ramen esp since it also includes half cooked egg . I also like the Teriyaki White Fish . Very busy during lunch so be prepared to wait cuz it will be worth it.

If you like garlic , they'll bring you fresh garlic , and you can crush it yourself. Fresh garlic & tonkotsu ramen yum!

Tonkatsu Kotteri Ramen w/ Kakuni is the way to go.

Usually get the tonkatsu shoyu Ramen . But the karage chicken is great too

豚 骨ラーメン 、濃厚もでてるが上に背脂が薄ら浮いているので甘味があるスープ が特徴。

スープ は美味しい。が、チャーシュー と卵 がいまいち。価格も安く なく値頃感がないかも 。
