There's a mandatory deposit of 1000 THB, which is not mentioned anywhere. They need renovations in the rooms and especially in the bathroom - considering the price asked. Overall it didn't feel clean .

Bathroom stinks, the smell is so bad like a sewer all over the 3rd floor. Terrible internet, just worked in the first two days.
