I was informed at the check out stand that Lowes could not sell me a can of paint thinner because I was in California. There were many cans of thinner on the shelf waiting to be purchased.
Not knowledge able staff
Better service than home depot . I waited an hour just for someone at home depot to get a will call order loaded.
