This is now the New Alexander's Cafe. The menu is much smaller than advertised here, the prices are higher and the new remodeling makes it look cheap.

The clean bathrooms have mouthwash & lotion dispensers and the ladies room has a step stool for your toddler and a nice stainless steel changing table for baby. Love it!
I'm from out of town but I spent a week in the area for business. I thought the food and the service was wonderful!!!
Newly renovated end of 2013 and so is the food. The fish tacos are HUGE! Imagine chicken tenders in a tortilla . And they are pretty tasty I might add. Like the new breakfast bar they added too!
My husband ordered the corn beef hash skillet and it was exactly what he was expecting! Very good!
...Place looks much better since the remodel, but their menu sucks now! They used to have a great selection, like great Greek family restaurants do, but they tried to get too fancy for their own good!
building updates are great! it looks wonderful and the atmosphere is awesome!
Best breakfast place I’ve been to. Great food and even better service! Go there today.
Great food! Nice atmosphere. Good prices.
Pork chops were tender, cooked to perfection, and had yummy sauce. Prime rib was spot on
The service was great and the atmosphere was chill . The fish tacos are great!
I ordered the veggie burger with no cheese or mayo and upgraded to sweet potato fries for 99 cents more... I was expecting more fries . This pic was taken before I ate anything.
This place definitely not cheap anymore. $$ is more appropriate. Smaller menu, smaller portions and bigger prices. We know now who is paying for the $800,000 remodeling. WE ARE!!
Friday fish fry is all you can eat and so good!
Another version of Squires. Little pricey but food was good. All in all not good enough for my return. But that's me other then price it was a good meal for what it was. Service was good and timely.
Great eggs Benedict with Fred fruit !!
Breakfast was delicious
Had slow service but food was good. Just needs to work out a couple kinks. All and all a good place to eat.
My wife loved the Prime Rib !
Skillets are awesome
the Avgolemono soup is the best!
Mediterranean Salmon ...good stuff!!
Alexander burger is fantastic!
Must try the french onion soup !
The best omelets in all of the fox valley!!
Me and a co-worker went here on lunch . Waitress was okay because she acknowledged it was taking too long, 40 mins to receive our food. Bout time we did we had to rush to eat. Manager compensated us!
The meatloaf is wow. Nothing else needed. The staff is slow as Moses but still ok
Stuffed Avocado is a delicious healthy choice !
Baked French Onion soup is great! Also try their steaks .
They will be closed for renovations for much of Fall 2013... sounds like it will start second week of September
Excellent food!
Omg took over 10 mins to get a salad and soup to go!!!!!!
Service is always slow but the waitresses are nice and the food is decent. Don't go if your in a hurry
They've got a great eggs benedict florentine... yum!
The Reuben is totally passable. Yum :-)
Great Corned Beef
Very slow, hostess station very disorganized, 8 groups that came in after us seated before us, we were 4
Address/location is incorrect - it's supposed to be 1725 State Street.
Had to butter my own toast .
It's not closed.
Breakfast all day! :-)
Great apple pancakes
Eh service too slow & not really cheap
Don't get the Alfredo . It lacks flavor.
Very very slow services
The service is friendly and fast. The apple and brie salad is amazing!! - Corey Partin
Pretty good food for a good price. I like the frisco sauce on the shooters. - Ashley Simms
Some of the best nachos I have ever had in my life! Service was great and everything on the menu was delicious! Try the cheese curds and beer nuggets - Kelsey Jarnell
A very nice looking place, cool fountains, up to date design and all. Some empty spots, could use some more stores. I'll go back again. - Paul Amlin
