Love this property. Always clean , great bar , convenient access across the street to fashion island . Try to get main tower on the backside overlooking the pool for best ocean views .

My first-floor room was nice, clean , and opened up onto one of the hotel 's pool decks, always nice! Right across the street from Newport Beach's Fashion Island means plenty of good choices for dining.

The Pure Blu Spa is the perfect Spouse relaxing tool. Nothing better than 80 min massage with hot rocks added, followed by a facial . The staff are wonderful and there are no calories!

One of the best hotels to stay at in OC. Beautiful do and so much around it to do. Shopping and golf are just a few steps away from the hotel .

Beautiful hotel ! Definitely one of the best in the South Coast Metro/Newport Area.

Lots to do! Basketball , relax in the hot tub / jacuzzi , play ping pong , a scavenger hunt for kids, swim in the pool, play volleyball ....

Beware of the daily 100 USD deposit for incidentals ( too much money especially if you are going to stay for long time. It will eat your credit up). This is to me a big disadvantage.

Great hotel , friendly service . Room service menu could use a little sprucing up. Pool is great, quiet and relaxing.

Park on the street. Valet is $20+ per day. :) And use MRB when booking that weekend. You can save $100/night.

Lovely spa and pool. Expensive rooms and then you have to pay extra for the wifi !

If you're getting married here, choose their vendor "Simply Sweet Cakery" for your wedding cake . Most delicious cake we have ever had and it looked amazing too!

Decent hotel . Beautiful location and beds are super comfortable . Rooms are small and customer service is lack luster.

This place was amazing. Gorgeous views of the Pacific and a great selection of things to do for the entire family....volleyball , basketball , 5 pools, ping pong table , all in a beautiful setting.

Parking is cheaper here than island hotel . Also their Internet is cheaper. Buffet breakfast is nice

Staff is very dishonest, all the way up through management. Trash under the bed skirt in the room. Beer cans on the balcony . If you want to be lied to & nickeled & dimed this is the place for you!

At the hotel for a quick visit? There is currently a small lot across from "The Ritz" restaurant with free parking .

Not my concept of good service , extra fees for everything (parking , internet, breakfast ...) park in the mall across the street for the day and in the street for overnight.

Get a room on the ground floor 188. Was perfect.

This place will nickel and dime you to death. $21-28 a day to park and they don't even offer free WiFi for guests ($13 a day). Rooms aren't anything special for the price.

You are stranded on Fashion Island .

Try the breakfast buffet with a fresh juicer station!

Make sure you ask for a top floor facing either canyon or ocean. Otherwise they will put you in lower level with no view .

If you are in Newport and need a cut or color...Lorraine is simply the best. Reasonable prices too!

If staying in tower wing, request a odd numbered room for a better view

Just slept on a super bad bed. Didn't feel like this place was updated enough for the rates we paid.

Don't valet if you're not going to tip people. This isn't Motel 6!

Parking is $28 per day...... Damn, someone is making money :-(

Parking = fee. Internet = fee. Popcorn ceiling = fail.

Room service - BAD, Rooms-okay, location-great... Staying somewhere else next time for sure
