A true delight, these ice cream makers know what they are doing. I tried Apricot Pit (made w/the almond inside the pit)--the texture was creamy and smooth, the flavor rich but not cloying.
Try the dulce de leche and ginger ! Only place in Montreal where I have found lulo sorbet . Vallecaucanos, rejoice!
Every flavor is incredible, but particularly loved the pistachio , fig , maple crème brûlée , and pear .
Strawberry and pepper , yes PEPPER , sorbet . Unforgettable.
