Dumpling Haus

My personal favorites are the Haus Bao and the Peanut Noodle Bowl. I make a special trip to the mall just to eat here frequently, its great! Service has always been excellent as well .

Don't pass it up. Excellent, and fairly unique in Madison. Great soup in addition to great dumplings .

Haus noodles with pork . Its amazing braized on the bone pork that melts in your mouth.

Tasty. Lots of choices. The dumplings are really good.

Shrimp dumplings are wonderful, and get the custard bao . Heaven.

Xiao long Bao ! Unfortunately not great, good for Madison I guess. Dumplings are ok, for those who can't or lazy to make dumplings themselves

BBQ buns are cheaper in the bao mix (4 for $6 instead of 3 for $6)
