Beach is well managed even though the shore side is public. Well maintained, safe(it depends.) . . Actually beautiful and clean . And my priority, safe and patrolled.
Not the most beautiful beach in California but I love the proximity to downtown and the rest of LB. Love the walking / biking trails as well !
Park In Back of The Apartment Beach Front Homes. They're coin meter parking spots but no one ever puts coins in there = free parking

Parking adjacent to linden avenue from shoreline drive is limited to 2 hrs for $6 bucks.expensive .....instead of parking near the beach , go to the yacht side to your right uppn entry to linden ave.
Nice beach close to downtown with a biking trail to Belmont Shore .
If you're not home by 6pm, parking in our neighborhood is a major pain!

Nice store with free parking (it’s a big parking lot). There is also a Starbucks in this location. Nice selection of items like alcohol, coffee (bottled drinks & regular beans), and sparkling water. - Michael Morgan
