This place is like a cave . But caveman like rock beat. It stinks like old beer and sweat. But the sound system is good. Go here.
Awesome venue! It's small, intimate and loud !! Great staff slugging out beers and every time I've gone had a blast watching some rock and roll baby!!
Dance Cave : cheap drinks , good music (think FTP), huge dancefloor, and even a foosball table ! If you're a student, flash your valid student ID and get in for free! Great place to dance your socks off. Read more
Sweet little music venue . You'll have no problems getting a clear view anywhere. See your fav bands here before they make it to the ACCs and Molson Ampitheatres of the world.
Dive bar vibes at a chill (usually rock) venue. Catch your favourite indie bands here
If you're stumbling in or out, get the burritos made inside. Also take time to admire the amazing artscape painted on the building.
Used to be one of my favourite venues , until security turned me away for having a point and shoot(!) camera with me. Looks like Sound Academy's camera nazis work here too.
Good place to listen music live and also the top floor is a really good dance floor ... Really cool place
This is one of my favourite venues in Toronto (also yours if you like climbing 20 flights of stairs to take a piss).
Great live venue and dripping with authenticity .
Some great shows here! Tonight @thevalleys (Mtl) and @savages (uk) both really sick acts! (Playing Canadian music week) #cmw #music
Lee's is great for shows, many of the best international bands play this venue. The upstairs (Dance Cave ) is to be avoided if you are over 19 years old.
Dance cave : come in after midnight; if you're a student, bring your ID card to get in for free! Otherwise cover is $7
Is it always slower than snails to get in the door if there is a line up? Oh well Amanda Palmer was worth it.

Great place to see bands play. Bad place to use a washroom.
Try and grab a spot at the first or second rail. You see everything over the pit.
