Great place to unwind from the crowded Mott St. Perfect place to study or write w/ free WiFi and chargers. Can get a little busy at times. Service is superb.

Tom

Aging cafe with a decent amount of seating. Free WiFi and there's power if you need it. Their foods mostly come from a package and the bubble tea is awful. Staff is really friendly though.

Kumquat Lemon bubble tea is #1. The $6 pot of fruit teas are delicious and well worth it. Service is the best part - often will refill your tea with hot water. Free WiFi , laptop/phone charging ports

Jennifer Yu

Yes, the place could use a facelift. But the service is the friendliest, the coffee is actually good, and you can’t beat the price. I have never loved something so plain until I came across Silk Road .

Ali Erkurt

They brew great tea . Try green tea which has jasmin scent and flavor.

Brennen Collier

Good bubble tea , and food in general. The only complaint I have is that the service was not served with a smile and that it was a bit too dirty for my tastes.

Karen

Alternative milk alert! They have almond milk! It does cost 75¢ extra, which is steep, but worth it in an area where that is tough to find. Japanese onigiri is very yummy. - Lauren Baier
