Best spa is the Escape in Nashville. All the services here are amazing; however, when I roll through town I always make a point to get a massage ! Ask for Tami the owner and she will take care of you!
This is an awesome place to get a haircut . The staff will wash you hair and ever straight razor your neckline.

All in all a good experience but they need more bathrooms !! Only one bathroom & people use it as a changing room.
