They make good Starbucks coffee . Better than most other Starbucks I've been to. Attention to detail like making a fresh steamed milk 4 every order goes a long way!

In the a.m., show up before 8 and avoid the place until 9 ... steer clear from 1-230 ... otherwise not a problem ... best on the weekends if you live or work in the immediate area ...

The staff are friendly and try to be efficient. Lines can still be long in the mornings and afternoons.

Your average Starbucks, but a short distance from the bike share and within walking distance of Metro and Georgetown

Great store: good service and clean . Only problem? Never open tables, so it's not a great meeting spot :(

Try a "short " if tall is more liquid than you care for - it is typically unadvertised but costs less!

Not the worst I've ever been to, that is reserved for every other NYC Starbucks. Long lines between 9 am and 10:00 am, but service is always solid.

Triple iced espresso in a tall cup with one pump of mocha . YUM!

Avoid the location between 10:00 and 11:00 in the morning due to long lines and slow ticket times. Same goes for afternoons between 2 and 3.

Painfully slow and disorganized. They need better systems. 7 ppl behind their counter this morning and I waited 18 minutes for an iced drink. And this is normal.
