The Signature at MGM Grand

Refreshing to walk into a Vegas hotel lobby that smells like a spa and not an ashtray. It being non-smoking is a nice treat, and you're connected to MGM if you want more Vegas vibe.

Stay at Tower 1, it's the closest to the MGM Grand. You'll have access to the Grand Pool (more of a party, music blaring), or choose one of the Tower pools for a laid back sunning experience.

This has everything I need to be happy: coffee in the room. Starbucks downstairs. A small perfect lounge - try the uptown martini . A well equipped gym . Everything.

Wifi is awesome at this property. Rooms are very spacious with big show and jacuzzi tub . Quite long walk to MGM casino but at least it’s an indoor walk

Excellent hotel . Rooms are large and views everywhere. Clean and prompt service daily. Great place to stay outside of hotel casinos . Totally non smoking also helps. Very well recommended.

LOVE LOVE!! Going there AGAIN this year for Spring Break! LOVE IT! The rooms are gorgeous and we love that we can walk in the air conditioned corridors to get to The Strip! Be sure to catch Carrot Top

For a non casino hotel this place was awesome. Loved the balcony and our room was very comfy for 2 people, felt like a home from home with their customer service!

Nice, large rooms with jacuzzi . Near to the strip. But has a relaxed vibe . The strip is only a 5-10 walk through the MGM casino

Did you know that The Signature one & two bedroom suites have full kitchens with Sub-Zero, Miele and Bosch appliances ? Just in case you want to cook your special someone breakfast in bed!

It doesn't feel like the Vegas strip -- and I love it! My casino of choice is MGM, so I like being on the southern part of the strip, too. It feels like a resort , love the quietness , and A+ service!

The people here are so super friendly and always eager to please. If looking to save $ on food, order grocery delivery from Vons. Hey, you have a kitchen, why not? Save the extra $ for the slots!

I love this hotel because it's so easy to be picked up and dropped off at, it feels like a home, and has a walkway into the MGM Grand.

So nice to stay away from the casinos and cigarette smoke, yet so close to the strip. Very nice rooms too.

Nice views from a good portion of the hotel , can get a little confusing/annoying depending on what tower you are in. Quite nice to not have to deal with the casino traffic though!

Loved this Hotel . Great for families, quiet off the beaten path, yet accessible to MGM Grand amenities and pool! Oh, and the price was fantastic!

Great hotel , especially for the price! Room was beautiful...be sure to ask for a strip view on a high floor. Oh, and super comfy beds and HUGE shower ! Can't wait to stay again! :)

The rooms are beautiful! Full kitchen with two bathrooms , which include three sinks, two toilets , and a jacuzzi . It really makes you feel like a high roller!

Very nice hotel ! Very classy . Junior Suite was a good size. There's Starbucks here, not sure if all towers have it but Tower 2 for sure. Easy access to MGM Grand.

cleanest place ever. quieter than MGM. would recommend renting here from an owner. get all the perks of living on the strip with excellent staff .

No matter which tower you stay in or which suite, it will easily be on the nicest rooms in Vegas. I will be going back for sure.

One bedroom suite is awesome, large living area, wonderful bedroom and bath suite. Only negative is the distance from MGM and the strip.

Nice hotel very close to the boulevard with an indoor walkway to MGM. Spacious room and jacuzzi in the bathroom .

Tower 3 was lovely!! Awesome balcony view . Room was modern and spacious !

Be nice and cheery with the front desk...they're super helpful and will help you get the best room. Tower 1 is closest to MGM and has a Starbucks downstairs.

The signature is a great place to stay- it's both a hotel and private condo residences so it has a different feel than most strip area hotels .

The gaming and Las Vegas nightlife is exceptional and incomparable. The private heated pools are awesome too.

One bedroom suite is amazing! Paying for guaranteed high floor is totally worth it! Walk to MGM isn't that bad!

The rooms are fabulous! The cleaning lady is amazing at what she does! I don't think anone mentioned, but our bedroom tv comes up out of the desk. How cool right?

Nice little mini condo setup with a balcony and a kitchenette but for being advertised as "on strip" it really isn't.

A bit off strip so it’s quieter , but it’s connected to MGM Grand via a long indoor walkway

If you find a good deal @ this hotel , do make reservations ! Rooms are suites that comes w/ a kitchen equipped w/ microwave, fridge , toaster, etc., and the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub , shower stall w/

Stay tune for a review! We booked three rooms with Jet Luxury Resorts and two are wrong! This happens two weeks after everything was Perfect. Can service go bad that quickly?

Go north on Kovlar, Ellis Island Restaurant /Brewery , ignore the decor pay attention to the menu. 8-)

If you can stay on one of the top floors the view is incredible!

Clean , classy and not to loud like other Vegas establishments

Tower 1 has the best view of the Strip, Tower 2 has quick access to the swimming pools .

Love the jacuzzi and the size of the room. Clean and superb service. Nice view from the balcony .

If you're staying here long they'll give you access to their awesome and free laundry room. Huge bonus!!

Stayed here 7 mo. ago and loved it so much we stayed again. This stay has been so disappointing. Took 4 calls to get a blanket. Tried the jacuzzi tub & black gunk came out. 2 days and still not fixed.
