I've never been to a busier Maccas (I'm not from here). However, the service was prompt, and the food delicious (Latinos cooking must be a reason). Deluxe breakkie is absolute value for money .

Literally probably THE slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to. Waited forever for a drink they dudnt have. No bueno. Avoid it if you can.
