The least of the 5 star hotels around Haram . Good for wheelchair users reaching room's floor without a transit like other better hotels and straight from and to Haram without steps up or steps down.

So good palace for Turkish people. Bec foods are so delicious, and they have a turkish cofee :) Thanks for all or Sukran Kebira ????????

Good hotel ......near masjidil haram

cantik. tapi.. toilet basin bocor,air cond rosak door knob problem, over furnished, breakfast sausage setiap hari. tapi housekeeping bagus. alhamdulillah. above all, steps away from masjidilharam. yey

This place is close to the harram, and I was not expecting a great 5 star hotel service BUT this is truly the most amazingly horrible hotel service by the staff ! Closet door broke when I opened it! :(

I would not recommend this place to anyone. You pay big bucks for shoebox size rooms. Room/bathroom not clean on checkin. Little bugs flying around in bathroom . Glasses by sink are dirty . Poor service

Great location (Close to Haram) I was invited to their iftar buffet (Ramadan buffet) for the 1st time and it was very good!مكان الفندق ممتاز لقربه من الحرم ، الفطور الرمضاني عبارة عن بوفيه وكان طيب

فندق حلو و قريب من الحرم واحسن شي ماتمرون سوق او شي مزحوم ،ينفع للناس الي تتعب على طول ????????

فندق تحت المتوسط يعني حق تمشية حال اعطيه من 100 تقريبا 40 المشكلة الثانية الوصول للفندق لانة يصكرون الطريق احيانا ويخليك التكسي من مسافه بعيده من الفندق والخدمات للفندق متوسطه والمطعم عادي

أقل فندق مستوى من فئة ال٥ نجوم حول الحرم . ميزته الذهاب من والى الحرم مباشرة بدون المرور بسوق او سلالم مما يناسب كبار السن مستخدمي العربات. ميزة ثانية هي عدم وجود ترانزيت مصاعد للوصول الى طابق الغرفة

جميل وقريب للحرم وواضح لكن مشكلته صغر الغرف
