Cycling classes are great. Kidstuff releases kids into the big gym for big muscle play around 10:30-12 Monday thru Saturday.
Older crowd but any of them ca kick your ass in BodyPump , BodyStep and BodyFlow classes .
Mels zumba class on Saturday's at 9:10 rocks my world...so much fun and an amazing workout :)
Bodyflow is a great class . Night is the best time. Almost no one on Fridays
There is more than one family locker room . Do not use the small one. It should be a closet.

Go at night. It's less busy.
Overpriced! Poor hours and a cramped gym . Just cancelled membership because Lifetime is same price and a much better value.
Not good for the younger crowd full of older people
