My go to smoothie place. They actually use juice and sherbert to make the smoothies sweet instead or sugar or sweeteners... Sundays are buy one get one free smoothies !

Get the Colada Crush smoothie . It has papaya-guava juice , coconut , pineapple , fresh banana , nonfat frozen yogurt , pineapple sherbet & ice.

The liquid gold smoothie is amazing. Finally a green smoothie that isn't too sweet. They should update the nutrition info though, many of the newer items aren't listed

If you want a fresh smoothie , this is your place. I've been coming here for years and it's still the best. Come Sunday for BOGO

Get the Mango Madness smoothie . It has mango juice , peaches , strawberries , fresh banana , pineapple sherbet & ice.

The juices are good but inconsistent. It started out great (when the owners were there I believe). Having teenagers in charge (almost immediately after opening) really changed the dynamics.😒

Ask if Shannon is in the house to make your smoothie . Her smoothie-making skills are amazing and she is the nicest person you'll ever get the privilege of meeting in your life.

Hail to the Kale if you’re healthy, Hawaiian Storm if you don’t care. Everything is super yummy.

Orange creamsicle is a dream. Runner up is pineapple passion - best pineapple smoothie I've ever had. They don't charge extra to trade ingredients either!

Have them add spinach to your smoothie ! Extra healthy boost and you can't even taste it!

The PB&J smoothie sounds so gross, but you have to try it! It's my favorite.

Great vegetable juices . Get the daily detox.
