Waited in line for about 10 minutes. TV screen queue showed where I was in line . Lots of stuff to look at and a big comfy bench to sit. The time went fast. Everyone seemed very helpful.

Not sure why At&t is known as a communications company!...should spend more time solving customer problems than trying to sell products and services that don't work.
Don't be fooled if you're next in line . It's still gonna take forever.
