Maï Cafe is the nicest thing about Aloft ! You'll be surrounded by colourful lights & helpful staff . Rooms are not suitable for couples but you'll be very satisfied if you're in a business trips !
Luggage check in about 200 meters left of Aloft Abu Dhabi ground entrance is convenient!! Great team! We had treats sent to our room when we had to be moved due to a complicated reservation +++nice
Lovely hotel . A bit far from the city centre, BUT they throw the best parties in Abu Dhabi. Don't miss their Rain Parties , they are absolutely awesome. Dresscode flipflops+swimsuit, great!
The rooftop lounge ! 😍 Even after 6 years here, this is my favourite spot. Go for sundowners, get the steamed edamame and enjoy the view .

Great sushi bar on the 12th floor, great poolside restaurant but service there is really slow. Nice place overall.

I'll be honest and say that this business hotel is nice. However, they did disappoint me last time ! 0 management when it's crowded , they delivered my luggage 20 minutes after my arrival !
Rooms were not as nice as I expected, the the customer service level here is above and beyond.

If you're planning to stay @ the hotel , keep the following in mind: no bathroom amenities , dirty twoels with hair, dirty bed sheets, no drinking water, room might be 10 minutes away from elevator..etc

Very unorganized , they kept me waiting for 30 minutes to check in . My reservation was for a smoking room . Yet all they did is to provide me a none smoking one " you can smoke by the pool " it sucks
The buffet is good enough but no much variety of main course.
