I have yet to meet someone happy with their service. Stop is hard to find, ticket booth often closed, machines often out of order - and it's not even a quick ride. Good luck.
It's the stupidest system I've ever come across. By the time the bus gets to ouest it's already full of people coming from sud. They really need a bus departing separately from each terminal.
From / to central Paris RER + Orly Bus price is much the same as taking RER + Orly VAL. Both around 13 euros one way.
