Beef lovers heaven in Brussels. Prepare to book weeks in advance if you plan on going with a group. The restaurant is quite noisy .
I’m from the US & I miss bbq so I was excited to go here but the brisket was dry & cornbread was awful. Only ribs were good. But roasted bone marrow with a shot to pour in was yummy. Overall mediocre.

Beaucoup de bruit pour pas grand chose d'après moi . Peut être est ce parce que je ne suis pas habitué à ce type de cuisson , mais niveau viande , il y a mieux ailleurs dans la même tranche tarifaire.
De très bonne viande fumée pendant des heures, et une grande cartes de bourbon /rye.. Très bon accueil et service lieu chaleureux
