Corn pudding is my favorite item. The brisket is a very close second. They have thee best sweet tea . Staff is truely awesome! Hands down my fav grub.
Staff is always friendly and the food tastes great. You can order different brisket styles (moist levels). Sometimes they forget stuff for takeout - Not on purpose and they make it right.
Seriously one of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was home made , fresh and delicious.
The City Sampler is quite impressive. Three large "sample" sandwiches of pulled pork , brisket and sausage + 2 sides & drink for $15. Not cheap but not too bad for the amount of food either.
The BBQ sampler feeds two! Spicey sausage is awesome! Add a couple ribs if you are super hungry!
The greens & cornbread are awesome . . . and the hushpuppies too . . . all the meats are tasty, especially topped their spicy barbecue sauce . . . :-)

Bring lots of money and an appetite. pricey and decent BBQ . Not quite like Carolina smokey goodness but pretty ok for Kentucky .
