Captain's Quarters Resort

Wow... Not the cleanest place ever... But did we enjoy it! The staff are all wonderful... And there is a million and one things to do here with your kids... We will be back!

My family & I have been coming here every year for the last 4 years. The kids enjoy it and so do I. The only complaint is the smell and the rooms need updating. Need to be a Timeshare!! I'd buy

If you want to take your kids to a bar type of atmosphere then this is your place. If not then choose one of the cleaner nicer places that are available with lazy rivers there are lots of them.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff and they even have a bowling alley on site.

Bowling was fun, Vista on 9 was fantastic, and even the views are nice. But that's all this place has going for it. Rooms need major renovations and better insulation to keep out heat and noise.

Not the best place I've ever been to but there is lots to do room was clean but overall happy. So much to do for kids. We did find a roach in our bathroom but we took care of it and only saw the one.

First time here. Things seem fine! People at the service desk were nice and helpful. Soooooo many things to do. No reason to leave.

Is not a nice as it was when I came as kid. Looks old an beaten down and has many odd smells. Prob will stay someone nicer next time. The bar and bowling alley are a plus though and pool options.

This place may be old and have funny smell but it is still a great place to get away from life at home

The sunsets from the 15th floor are lovely

also they messed up my reservations which I made months in advance. We had two rooms and had to be on separate One on the 7th and the other on the 9th. And the elevaters are horrible slow crowed hot!

Only stay here if you can get a room above the 4th floor or you're a heavy sleeper. The parking garage is right outside your door!

Bathroom light & outlets were broken & sink didn't drain in our room. Didn't like that our "ocean front" room was behind the "ocean view " rooms & they watched us on the patio—very awkward.

I had a very enjoyable trip. I arrived too early for check in but they called me as soon as my room was ready. Had an ocean view room and had no problems with cleanliness, roaches , or rude staff .

Beautiful Sunrise!!! Catch it!!

You can't beat the place for the price, pools descent, I would stay here again

So much fun! Level 6 bowling and entertainment center is awesome and the ship wreck is a blast!

Bowling center serves great drinks..ask for the teachers kool aide..yummy!

12-26-12 corner round hot tub by sliding windows is colder than the pool.

Never had any problems. Needs a few updates, but other than that, we had a good time.

will never come back here again!!! Ignored by waiters during buffet meal . Human fecal was found in the outside pool, water was not changed. Dirty room. Worse hotel I ever been..

The sliding glass door was broken and more than half of the washers were out of order. They do not service them nor refund money. The lazy river was dirty they only clean them once in the morning.

Had to switch rooms multiple times. Thing in rooms was broke! Made reservation in Feb. For joining rooms and STILL didn't get one. Kids was playing corn hole and shit flew out pipe. Almost got on.

Room cleaned 1 time out of 4 nights stay, begged for towels and toilet paper. Fixture falling out of ceiling. Never staying again!!!

Very! Very disappointed with this place!! 3 rooms later still.having issues!! Then today teenagers having sex in pool with our kids swimming around them!! Really?!?!

Dont ignore the bad reviews like I did I wish I had picked a different place!

Prices are higher than next door. No pets allowed here, but they are welcomed next door.

ROCHES! - we switched rooms bc our first room was nasty! Only to b online at the front desk infront of another unhappy guest they arrived to there rooms with blood stained sheets! My 2nd room has bug

Cont. - nd when we called the desk they sent someone to spray nd said it happens all the time go some where else!!! This hotel sux!!!!

The view here is sweet

Utter disappointment when I saw my room. Bathrooms are super small. Elevators are so small and slow, the hallways are narrow and easily crowded . If your looking for fancy this isn't it.

Not @ all impressed w/the rooms here. Great entertainment but that's about it. I will not stay here again!!
