Great services from thailand government, nice cold building, great food court , great staff so helpfull. only 1 hour your passport done. In indonesia???wow not even tht close .

the public officers are polite and clam . anyway you should book the queue in the website before go there, because it will be faster and easier. two thumbs for this state office :)

No more renew passport because new process will issue new one only. And if you think its quicker to get the book here after finished, just change your mind as its regular take 3-4 days also.

So many things haven changed since 2008! Much quickier and advanced technology. Come early and you're done in 10 mins! :)

Easy and fast for passport 1000 baht for fee and 60 baht for express mail ah 25 baht for cover

Come to early morning 8am. for contact information "important document " with SUPERVISOR you can get acknowledgement in one day (3 hrs.)

If you need to translate a document from Thai to English don't use the form available on the website it's completely wrong. Do yourself a favor and pay them to translate.

Food court here is very clean . Food is delicious and cheap !

This place is nice. Makes some American government offices look horrible. Lots of people, though, visit this office .

Yes... Traslation of document is reasonable compare to outside....

Coming after 2pm..took only 15 mins to get everything done! Very fast, no queue!!

ไม่เข้าใจว่าเจ้าหน้าทีกับประชาชน มาติดต่อทำไมต้องแบ่งแยก ผมก็คนเงินเดือนคุณก็เงินภาษีมิใช่หร๊า ทำไมไม่อำนวยความสะดวกเลยข้างในว่างต้องหลายช่องจะเอาไว้ทำนาบนหลังประชาชนหรือครับ ช่วยจัดการจราจรและที่จอดรถ

วนหาที่จอดเอาหน่อย หายาก เพราะเต็มตลอดเวลา แต่ใจเย็น ๆ เดี๋ยวก็มี และหามาทำพาสป อร์ต อย่าลืมเตรียมเงิน 1000 บาทไว้ด้วย และถ้ารับทางไปรษณีย์ก็จะดีมาก เพราะได้ไม่ต้องมาเสียเวลาหาที่จอดรถ อีก

รับรองเอกสาร ด่วนยื่นเรื่องก่อนเที่ยง ได้เอกสารภายในวันที่ยื่น ถ้าไม่แก้ไขเอกสาร ถ้าแก้บวกเวลาตรวจทานเอกสารใหม่3 ชม.ขึ้นไป ยื่นเริ่องปกติ รับเอกสารหลังจากจ่าย2วัน วันรับมาเช้าๆ เผื่อต้องแก้เอกสาร

ทำเร็วแค่ passport แต่ถ้าเป็นรับรองเอกสาร certified doc นี่ทิ้งไว้มาขอรับวันหลังยังรอตั้ง 2 ชม.ต้องแก้คำแปลตามกรมการกงศุลแล้วต้องส่งกลับรอคิวตรวจคำแปลซ้ำอีก 4 ชม. แสดงให้เห็นว่ายังล้าหลังทั้งคนและระบบ

เจ้าหน้าที่และน้องฝึกงานฝ่ายรับรองเอกสารน่ารักมาก บริการประทับใจตั้งแต่คัดกรองเอกสารจนรับเอกสารกลับบ้าน วิ่งเอาเอกสารที่ลืมตั้งแต่เช้ามาคืนให้ ขอบพระคุณมากค่ะ

ถ้ามี active visa ในเล่มเดิม ให้ยื่นคําร้องที่ช่อง 82 ถ่ายสําเนาพาสป อร์ตหน้าแรกและหน้า visa เล่มเก่าแนบคําร้อง จ่ายเงิน 100 บาท ประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมงรอรับเล่ม แสดงบัตรประชาชน ก่อนรับ

ถ้าพาสป อร์ตหมดอายุให้บอกว่าทำใหม่ไปเลยคะ เตรียมแค่บัตรประชาชน กับเงิน1,000บาท(ส่งไปรษณีย์เพิ่ม40บาท)และเวลาว่างประมาณ1ชม. // ประทับใจพนักงานนะบริการดี:))

มึนๆเตรียมเอกสารไป แต่ใช้ไม่ได้ต้องใช้ตัวจริง ต้องกลับไปทำใหม่อีกรอบ มันจะอะไรกันนักกันหนาว่ะกับการใช้สิทธิ์อำนาจในการดูแลบุตรคนเดียว สำเนาใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องใช้ตัวจริง..เสียเวลามาก????????

ศูนย์ราชการ ดูแลดีแต่ราชการ ประชาชน แทบจะเดินเข่าขอร้องให้ทำ จ่ายเงินแพงทำงานก็ช้า ค่าบริการแพงเกินกว่าเหตุ ทำงานไม่สมค่าบริการ ขับรถมา 2 ชม. เอกสาร ไม่ครบไล่กลับบ้าน ต้องมาใหม่เสียเวลาชีวิตกับราชการไทย

ที่นี่คงเป็นที่ที่สองที่อยากมาทำงานเถ่อะ ถึงมันอาจจะดูยากว่าที่จะมานะแต่มันคงไม่พลาดว่าจะไม่ได้มา เอาเถ่อะคอยดูนะฉันจะทำความฝันของตัวเองให้ดู :)

คำแนะนำเรื่องการรับรองเอกสาร:ควรนำเอกสารตัวจริงมาด้วย / มีคนรับแปลเอกสารใบละ200 / ยื่นด่วน รับเอกสารภายในวันเดียว คิดค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเท่าตัว!!
