Aint your typical pork ramen ! The broth here is made from pork and bonito which is definitely worth trying. The charsiu is average though
Amazing ramen . Smooth almost creamy pork bone broth , with amazing deep flavour. Pork slices melted in the mouth. This was one of the best ramens I've ever eaten.
Always queue outside the shop. Please get there early
Tried tsukemen and its ok. I should have tried the ramen though. Sigh
Bamboo shoot here is very soft. Good Tsukemen and tonkotsu .
Soup is quite salty. Guess ramen is still not my thing.
九段下の本店と比べると、メンマ 、チャーシュー が違う。あと鰹 の風味も弱めかな。場所柄、魚 が強すぎると嫌われることを懸念してかな。
東京駅らー麺 さすが安定の美味さ…と言いたいところだが、なんかちょっと水っぽかったし温かった。つるつる細麺 だけど平打ちでスープ ががっちり絡むのが良いのになぁ、湯切りが甘いと折角の良い素材が台無し。
斑鳩＠東京駅の豚 骨魚介 ラーメン 。鰹 風味のクリーミーな豚 骨スープ が、中細麺 に絡んで美味しい。見た目は脂ぎってるけど結構あっさり としていて私的には食べ易い感じ(^^)
癖が少ない豚 骨ラーメン 。上品 だがコクがある。しっかりした豚 骨が好みの人には物足りない。平日AM10時台なら並ばず入れる。

くせのない とんこつ 魚介 スープ に、ラー油 を絡めた細麺 のつけ麺 です♬
いつでも行列 ができていますが、16時前後にはガラガラの時間帯が有ります。
ラーメン ストリートの店は10時半クローズと11時クローズがある模様。斑鳩、つけめん は10時まで。
濃厚魚介 豚 骨です。平日の15時ごろに行ける機会に恵まれたのですが、行ったら行列 が出来ていました。
豚 骨感はそんなに濃くないです。麺 は柔らかめ。油そば がおすすめです。
荷物を間違えられますのでご注意を。日本語が通じません
九段でも食べたけどいつ食べても美味い。
本枯れ鰹 の東京駅醤油 。ちょっと具材が主張しすぎ。
