Rude and unprofessional. Their reputation is so bad they have resorted to selling their rocks on FB marketplace covertly then sending people to their address without mentioning the name of the place.
If u want aura photo u might want to call ahead. I've been there twice for one recently . Each time there was some excuse to why they couldn't do it. Waste of time driving there.
