U dont need to go to receptionist upon extend your stay. You can request for them to collect the pay at your room.
Clled the reception and asked which floor is the pool located. The receptionist was all blur. Its funny to found out tht the hotel has no swimming pool ! That explains the blur receptionist lol !!!
Stayed here for 5days4night at the 21st floor.. The excutive floor. Cnt remember the type of room though. Nice renovation. Seriously u should check it out ! Nice interior!

The ballroom is getting better than I expected, nice settings, ambient and the staff is ahemmm....much better than I thought
Good - TV channels, room flooring, affordable breakfast at Utara, clean , free parking . Not so good - no pool, stairs to lobby (unloading problem).
The roti canai durian is available even during off season, & tastes so heavenly. Super delectable stuff.
Buffet dinner spread here is fabulous. Very friendly staff and good service .

Although management has tried to update its look, you can still sense the age of this hotel . One-of-a-kind smell in the room after daily housekeeping. Gym is nice place to kill time
Location ok. Near to LRT Station. 10 - 15. Mins GRAB ride to MidValley. 6 - 7 mins GRAB ride to Jaya Shopping Ctr (depends on traffic. Time might varies).
Quite an old hotel but very strategic location as it is located opposite the lrt which can bring u straight into the city . However traffic is horrible after working hours between 5.30-7.
Breakfast better than most hotels its class . But don't rely on their WiFi for Internet - it timeouts so often it's nearly useless. Rooms are comfortable but nothing extraordinary.

Bad! Bad! And gets even worst! Noisy rooms, due to the terrible insulation! Breakfast is not ok for westerns! Staff is rude! Taxi corner is useless - cannot call a taxi .... My first and last time...

Massive renovation ongoing. Road outside is a mess , lobby super noisy from renovation works and stinks of ciggey smoke . Terrible place to stay. Avoid unless u only sleep here at night .

Old hotel .. need to refurbish. Room smell of cigaratte even in a non smoking room. The toilet is also smell of urine... not properly wash when we checked in..
