Besides their Tempoyak , Fried Patin Fish is also excellent. Marination is perfect and and it's fried to a crisp. One that I would highly recommend.
Tempoyak Patin Sangkar is truly one of the best. Excellent preparation and reasonable prices. Ikan Baung is also occasionally available.
