Consistently better than average for Flint, Ruggero's now has space with more elbow room and seats. Excellent bread , pleasant wait staff on top of tasty Italian fare makes Ruggero's a great choice.
Same food as the old place. Same tables, chairs and lights too. But it looks much bigger, especially in the lobby.
It's OK. Prices are a tad over the top for the level of service and having to sit next to very trashy family with their very trashy kids.
Bocce bolognese is so good here
