Moe's Southwest Grill

I used to be a big-time Moe's fan but this visit was less than he usual awesomeness. The staff made it seem like they were doing me a favor to put my rice bowl together...

I ordered the nachos and because it was backed up at the register, the chips were soggy when I finally got to sit down... normally everything is great, just was a little disappointed this time.

Call ahead is great....if you really want to stand in one spot for the exact same amount of time that the normal line would take and if you want to guarantee that your order is screwed up!

I've been coming here every Monday for the last 2 years & the owner/manager hasn't spoken to me once #smh

Make sure they give you your receipt...finally got mine on the 4th visit. There's a survey code 4 a free cup of queso on it.

Grilled chicken has been upgraded and tastes better than before!

Get the taco stack with ground beef and corn salsa , so good.

Chipotle ranch is a great sauce

Great food but the music is way too loud to sit and enjoy your food.

The close talker is the way to go!!

Worst Moe 's I've been too as far as service and food quality. I did get welcomed to Moe's, but that's the only familiar thing about this one! Managers step up your game!

Absolutely horrible! They tried to skimp on the chicken and it was really loaded up with salt. I couldn't even get it down. I'll definitely recommend against this.

Free WiFi but nobody there (including managers) knows the password.
