Justin on nightshift is amazing; he knows our orders before we even sit down! He knows what I want even when I don't order "the usual"! Tip him well , he's a GREAT server!

Had the prime classic burger Alf it was great.

Please speed up your drive-thru....Waiting 30 min for a burger and fries is waaaay too long

The Wisconsin Buttery Steakburger is pretty awesome. And don't forget to use the fry 'n steak seasoning. Very tasty.

Once again, went through the drive through since it's the only thing open at 3am, no one was here. Waited 20 minutes in 30° weather. Need to do something about the drive-through cashier , Javon.

Get the specialty cookie dough with a large fry!! Perfection.

Burger was good but cold, banana milk shake was great thankfully it was cold. But I want to be fair the place was super busy. But the wait staff was lost no leadership.

Tip your waitstaff and don't be a slob. Hang in there, Melody. Some customers just suck; it's not you. :)

Great Food! Great Shakes but if your going thru the drive thru be prepared to wait.

I have ABSOLUTELY HAD ENOUGH of this Steak n Shake...it never changes...40 min wait in the drive thru is ridiculous.

We have been waiting in the drive through for one hour! The cashier (no name tag!) waited for forever to take each order causing the line to back up. Find better or do better! Never coming back!

Terrible. Took 20+ minutes for our shakes and 40+ minutes for our food. . My friends and I have had consistently poor service at this location - our waitress was good though!

Service is always bad and slow if it wasn't for the food and good prices I would never go back. If you go ask for Kristin to be your waitress .

This place was extremely dirty , the floor underneath the table had half eaten food on it.

Double check your order. Teenagers that don't pay attention seem to screw up the order every time.

Worst service ever.. Waited 10 minutes to get a table, got sat, then waited for 15 minutes for someone to greet us.. No one did, waffle house here we come!

Frisco melt !

Could not get anyone to seat us at first. Then could not get anyone to wait on us. Ended up walking out.

Horribly SLOW drive thru at 5:30am. Waited forever for a large sweet tea . NOT worth the wait. Never again. ##

Slowest drive through late night in the entire world...

Just picked up Togo, piece of lettuce was rotten & tomatoes . Look at pix. They let me trade out. What a waste of time driving back and forth
